Happy 4th of July

Have a very happy, safe and hopefully healthy Fourth of July! I will be celebrating my second favorite holiday with my friends and can't wait to see some awesome fireworks! I'll be back tomorrow with my conclusion of around the world cuisine, which more appropriately should have been called my favorite Asian foods "Paleo Style."
